Rookie Webmaster needs Help

Can any of you help me get some real traffic to my new/only site. I have been taken for a ride with some of the traffic sellers and SEO experts and now very hesitant with that route. Currently the site getting about 4K U per day. But I need to get at least 50 to 100k per day.

What is the best way to increase traffic to the site and quickly. I do have an affiliate program but since this site is so new, I only have 2 that signed up (Both review sites).

I'm new to the industry so any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

First of all, you could start by displaying your website's address here !! (in this thread and in your signature)

Second, did you think about buying some traffic, try to exchange with other webmasters or posting in forums ?

Depending on how much time you have, your budget and people you contact to exchange traffic, your site will surely grow!

Good luck!

We all "NEED" 50,000 to 100,000 uniques a day but it doesn't mean we can snap our fingers and get it over night and if we could, it would probably be crap ass traffic.

What you need to do is to build up your affiliate program. That will be your key to long term success. Real success ... real money.

If you are already at 4,000 uniques per day you should by now be making at least some money and that is the money you should use to improve the quality of your site and provide your affiliate program exposure and better sales tools.

I'm sorry you got taken for a ride but consider it a costly lesson in business. From now on think and research before spending money. Post your questions on these boards and find out from other more experienced webmasters what they think before doing things like paying people crazy amounts of money for whatever it may be.

My advice to you is this ......

Read these boards every day - sometimes twice a day. For the most part it's just crap but there are a few posts here that will help you learn.

Get a signature that promotes your affiliate program.

If in reading these posts every day you find yourself with an answer to some other person's question, make a post and you've now a) helped someone and that's great and b) you promoted your affiliate program because you have your ads for your affiliate program in your signature.

Find two or three other adult webmaster boards and do the same.

If you have the idea to do something, post on these boards and ask other webmasters what they think of your idea first since chances are any idea you may have someone else has probably already done it.

Google SEO and learn about it on your own. There is so much SEO material out there that there is never really a reason to pay anyone for it. Don't be a lazy webmaster, go learn what you need to learn to do your business.

That's all for now and should be enough to keep you busy and get you making more money before you know it!
