You can run several twitter accounts at once, however this would require proxies and a bot. From my experience if you start follow/unfollow method slowly you can reach about 400 follows everyday on the month three. Start with 10/day, increase by 10 every day, and eventually you will reach your goal.

As for actual followers, this depends on your niche and what you post. Look for the big accounts in your niche and find out the things the particular audience craves for.

I have an adult site here in Brazil, I do not know if you can speak his name? If you're against the rules, forgive me! (Administrators)
I see that here the Americans and other non-South American countries, among themselves spread and help each other in the form of the possible.
In Brazil, there is no material for webmaster or exclusive SEO for adult sites.
The little you have is charged like gold.
I've tried all the ways to leverage my site ...
1 THEME
2 Basic SEO for theme
3 Videos by category
4 Social networks (twitter, instagram and Telegram)
Host videos with introduction of my website and post on great sites like xvideos ...
But, I wonder if there are other ways?
I know I'll have to spend a little more money, but inject money to buy traffic, it does not seem like a good method.
My website is safadazapzap .com
I am open to advice and name-calling just wanted to understand other ways to increase organic hits.

i have checked your website , before asking about traffic i think you have to pay attention to several points , i will highlight few points:

1. you need a nice logo
2. web design needs much more work
3. remove those empty advertisement spaces , you can add at later stage.
4.try to work on specific niche
5.you have many deleted videos
6.avoid adding videos from free tubes like xvideos , xhamster , ...... add only from direct providers.
7. speed of your site especially the mobile version is too slow , check below page

8. work on SEO , video titles , keywords ...

those few points which need to be improved in order to get more traffic.
