Guys: I realised that the offending overlay banners use absolute positioning.

That means that depending on your screen resolution it will show up at different locations.

I have a laptop and for me the buttons appear right on top of the standard SIGN UP. Chaturbate Support might see the buttons in the middle of the screen if they have a bigger screen and therefore not take action after you report what you (rightly) believe to be an offending banner.

Me say the one running this group is playing by the rules as of now the room is not banned or any change done.

I honestly think this is the only thing that will change anything now. Sites stop sending traffic to them. Especially the big sites. When they see their revenue go way down they might fix it. Allowing cam girls to steal our earnings like this has really tainted their reputation and its a shame cause when this nonsense is not happening its a great site to promote. If Support is ignoring these reports then why have the broadcasters you recently listed all removed the offending text from their profiles? There is nowhere on those accounts that say anything about clearing cookies or signing out to create a new account. All text currently falls within reasonable guidelines.

These guys are not paid to do detective work, Steve. Their job is to send quality traffic to Chaturbate, not monitor the models to see which ones breaks the rules.

Chaturbate should make use of a big flashy banner when the models logs in, which asks them to not lure the already registered members into making a new account, and which also informs them that if they still do it and are caught, then they get a penalty.

Take a percentage of their earnings away, for example. The models should feel some pain if they break the rules. Otherwise, they know they can do what ever the hell they want without paying any price. So they can ask the already registered members to create a new account, and until they are caught doing this, they have already stolen a lot from the webmasters. The webmasters are left with no more whales, and the models receive recurring commissions from those whales. This does not seem fair at all to me. But if they get penalized, they will know that the consequences of breaking the rules are painful.

By the way, the already stolen members should be returned to the original webmaster. That would be fair, and it has been already stated here, on the forum. Unfair is to steal until you get caught, and then simply keep the stolen goods. Which is exactly what is happening now.
