anyone know of companies who write PROFESSIONAL HELP SECTIONS?

As in you give them your website rundown.

they go through the site.

build a FAQ and help guide on how your site works.

just like in facebook: Account > Help Center

This depends, price is not really an issue for this project everything has to be done mint.

couldnt a normal copywriter do this for you if you set up a base help then they basically do it in long form?

For best results, you would need a writer experienced in technical, marketing and adult customer service issues
? and unlike the "100 words for 1$" post writers, you would be looking more towards the $1 per word range.

makes sense, i want quality not quantity. this is not for filling in descriptions this is for a real enterprise solution.

do you recommend any companies?

i know of places who offer full help section solutions, ie seach etc for it. but i was wondering if their was one that handled it content based.

mainstream btw.
