I was born there. I have lived in Wrightwood, Hesperia, Victorville, Ridgecrest, Apple Valley. Left in the mid 80s.

I had some family friends who moved out to Hesperia I think late 80's.... meth capital of the nation I think its referred to now. The desert isn't for everyone.

We had Cal commercials in Seattle also.
