Not sure if I ever had unfiltered Saki. All I know is this shit was hot as hell, and got us so drunk we were throwing food and sushi all over the restaurant.

I'm not much on sake but I LOVE sushi. Had a fantastic roll for lunch in LA last month -- was shrimp tempura inside, rice, and then topped with spicy tuna!

Theres a kickass sushi place in Dallas on Beltline... called Tokyo-1
