The best thing i always did was going back to the gyms, go out, fuck a lot of other girls, and hang out with your friend a lot.

first we started going out she gave me a fucking hard time...... at a club I saw her dancing with another guy (first month) and then slowly it got better..... Before that I would always cheat on girls, but not her. Then more shit happened, and I could not take it any more so I told her to change or to get the fuck out.. =), so she did change, but I never seem to be able to trust her any more........ then it all got worse again, we didn't seem to get along no more, but we were just to afraid I guess to brake up, and yesterday it happened.

Same thing happened to me recently with a girl I had been with for 2 years. Surround yourself with friends and stick it out for a few months and eventually it will get better. Take the oppourtunity to do something that makes you happy like a vacation for a few days where you can be away from the things that remind you of her.

When all else fails, I just pretend she's dead. I would recommend the same.
