Can someone give me a couple helpfull hints to improve my video tour?

I took a shot at building my own tour. Seeing and hearing that that would be the best way to convert my TGP traffic.

Its been up a couple days, the first day it converted at 1:100 but now its doing 1:1000. Can someone give my some pointers on how to better this tour.

P.s How is it loading, pretty quick?

- 2 second trailers? are you kidding?
- Lose the 3 popups too

Ok, thx. Longer trailers, good idea. Its on tomorows ajenda. As for the pop ups, they open on exit only. They would not affect ratios, would they?

Fletch, another url :). freepornsexgallery.com is mine, its not a free host. I baught & started using that domain about 2 months ago to submit my movies ,some of the TGP I was prefferd at emailed me asking me why I started using free hosting, lol.

If you're going to have a one page tour like that, you really need to make sure it packs a punch. It's not that well laid out from a marketing standpoint, and it could really use some polishing from a graphics standpoint.

I would put in a bunch of ten second clips, if not a few 30 second clips -- oh and keep the pop shot off the clips -- initial conversions without it should be fine, then if they start to slack off you can occasionally put one in there to bust them back up. There's no real animation on the page, nothing much to catch the surfers eye, just a bunch of almost random seeming placement of stuff.

I hope I'm not being too negative, am just stating what I see --

Kimmykim, your not being negative at all :). From what ive read here my major problem are the clips. Adding some anitmation sounds great as well.

What did you mean by "oh and keep the pop shot off the clips" ?

Also, a few days is awfully quick to judge a tour, especially from TGP traffic.

After going over your replies here's what I came up with. Added more flashy text, longer clips and added a tour page.

P.s I never relly tried my own tours, hope it helps some.

Not so much flashy text as well thought out marketing text -- its YOUR job to make the surfer click thru to the next page -- whether you are sending the traffic to a tour or getting them to click the join link on the tour.

I don't care how good or how bad traffic is, it's possible to make sales --

I realize you said you were getting 1/100 for a couple days, are you still getting the same traffic? I didn't click thru to your join page so I didn't notice what the end site it was going to was either, be sure the terms allow you to do this --

Lose the blue background, put in white or black background. The graphics are nice. Many of the pics had a yellow-green tone. You might need to calibrate your monitor settings. Might want to add to "more girls" "click to see all our girls". I like it though. Just a few touchups.

I find the white bar at the top of your logo annoying... it makes it had to read the site name
