I just got e-mail from ibill saying that i should fill this new visa form in a week, i don't own a paysite, i'm affiliate or anther paysite using ibill, should i also fill it ?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you need too if you don't run a pay site. Hopefully my post will help bump the thread so we can get an accurate answer ...
