Weed: Its whats for dinner
 

Took 1/8oz of sticky green tonight and dropped it in a sautee' pan with a couple sticks of butter. Started it out on high heat to really release the THC, then dropped the temp and simmered for 5 minutes. Took 1/3 a cup of the liquified butter and used half to make an alfredo sauce and the other half to toss the pasta with.

I've always wanted to do that.

Took about 1/2 an hour after the last bite to begin to hit, but holy fuck am I stoned.

you could do that....or you could just smoke it like normal people

Smoking it fucks your lungs eventually. And besides, eating it gives you a great whole body stone.

Smoking it kicks in right away and is more intense, besides weed taste awfull:glugglug

Sounds like a recipe Straight out of a Berkeley coop recipebook. I lived at a vegetarian coop for a semester. Meat = no Weed = yes. Ahhh....the joys of college :)

Do a chocolate cake with weed. You will be suprised with the results...

Marin? Cool :) I'm just across the bay in Contra Costa County. I didn't go to school here but I do get to Berkeley quite a bit. I would have loved to have spent my school years there!

If you strain with cheesecloth after sauteeing you should get all the solids and nasty tasting crap out. THC is fat soluble of course, so you end up with claified pure THC impregnated butter fat. I couldn't taste weed in the alfredo sauce I made.
