Congratulations Ibill EU Clients
So you are off the hook now as far as US presence requirements or fees go.
So in all the civilized world it is only Canada that is out. Unbelievable. |
Did i miss something here???? Please fill me in!

I received this...
------- GOOD NEWS!! I Bill has finalized arrangements to create an iBill presence in the EU. At this time Visa is not asking for a fee from our EU customers. You will still be asked to fill out a form for IBill internal systems but you will no longer be required to pay the $750 fee. Hope this makes your weekend!! Let me know if you have any questions. Hmmm...interesting...perhaps the sky is not falling after all. Anyone got any clue if this will be arranged before Nov 15th. Will it be a transparent process for those of us with EU sites?

Lets let a bunch of Terrorists process porno memberships to get money to fund OPS is what i hear. OF all places you would think canada would have had a billing solution right beside the americans.... That is some fucked up shit. |

That's really funny to me because wasn't Ibill (along with ccbill and epoch) all saying that GloBill could not process outside the US and not require Visa's fees and new regs?
Hmmm... sounds to me like somebody is playing catchup. |

Globill did their homework while the Big 3 planned a big, last minute, announcement where they would try and bully everyone into staying with them with not so subtle threats about what would happen if they left. |
Shopfiter:
*And if you look at it further Globill is taking applicants from all countries because of the difference in regulations between Visa International and Visa USA. Given this why can't Ibill or CCBill process for Canada like Globill at least until Visa International enacts the new rules? Buy some time for their webmasters and for them to resolve relationships with Canadian banks.* Sums it up! :thumbsup There are no changes in other than US VISA banking region (least right now!). One thing that raises a thought.. wot is the "form" that IBill needs signing? (for their own internal use of course!). Smells like the introduction of who is who for use at a later date? No other processors outside the US need this stuff.. and if you are already an IBill Client... why ask for information now? No thanks.. gonna stay well clear!:glugglug |
