IYO, what are the top 10 internet gaming sites (not affiliated with a software manufacture or distributor like EA, or ID) where online gamers go to congregate?

I'm not a gamer too, but check www.quakeworld.com, www.gameworld.com and www.gameportal.com... I haven't been on these site for pretty long time, but still remeber they were not so bad... If only they still exist ;)
