What is the diffrence between raw and qualified hits?

I cant seem to find it on the website and the email i sent to ask the question seemed to bouce :(

i got 1037 raw and 243 qualified hits and was wondering what it means

anyone know?

What email bounced?

Qualified is if they click on anything on first page.

Qualified is second page hits. And then they use that as your conversion ratio. Then they say that people are converting 1:300....hmmm...
