According to the Calorie Burn Estimator and Starbucks nutritional info page:

A 185 pound man needs to have 61 minutes of sex in order to burn off the number of calories consumed in a regular grande mocha.
A 115 pound woman needs 98 minutes of sex to burn off the same.

I guess that means us girls need to start having sex half an hour before our guy joins in :upsidedow
