You had to expose your business to get webmaster signups. I understand that, but you seem to have made so many enemies that you better have everything well protected and tracked, I am thinking. It pays to do this anyhow because enemies, or not, there are just to many unscrupulous webmasters. Check your protection and tracking, double check it, then check it again. I don't run an affiliate program anymore, so I don't and won't expose my business anymore.

Yeah, that was really my only drawback to announcing it at all, but with ibill scrubbing and my anti fraud protection, ip tracking, black list and banned country lists.. I think i got a really good grasp on things and it will be monitored very closley. I know what you mean, I dont exactly win the popular guy of the year award around here, but oh well. money is money and if it converts.. they will come in flocks.. I have just about every anti fraud software known to man, plus what ever ibill uses to scrub..its a pretty tight ship.

i didn't even know it existed really other than the odd thing here and there.

about 1000 photos from a source i wont mention :) it is really hard to find, and i hit gold when i found it. and yes, it 100% legal and licsensed

i just haven't ever seen any of that content anywhere, i think the only time i've ever seen a guy fucked with a dildo by a chick is an old porn vid with Jamie Gillis.

anytime you can find a niche that hasn't been done to death it's a good thing. especially if you're paying per signup. with partnership programs you have to worry if the site can keep its members by updating the niche content.

i see that with a lot of the newer niche and reality stuff, good ideas, good conversion ratios - bad retention rates.

naw i hear ya.. I just offered to say it was licensed etc.. cause i know a few people hear will start accusing me of ripping the content off from somewhere... didnt mean to come off rude..

And as far as doing pps, i think I am going to hold off on that part until i can actually see a sample of what the affiliates will produce. To offset the pps, I am going to prolly do 75% recurring for awhile.. plus there will be a 25$+5% for life webmaster referrals and some other nice goodies..
