A client of mine who is staffing up their online group (they have been a brick and moter adult company for 20 years) is looking to staff up their online division in 2008. The current plan is for 30 people.

This is a on site job in Cleveland, OH. No outsourcing or telecommuting. They are looking for staff in Marketing / Sales such as Aff reps, SEO, traffic buys etc etc and also the tech group which will be Sys admins to developers (.NET at this point, no PHP)

Cost of living wise Clevleand is one of the best, but yes its no San Fran or NYC. I have been spending the past few months here and like it.

Good pay for local market, Client understands they need to pay more then the mainstream in the current market to hire people to work in Adult
