Is there a contract to not be responsible for someone who wants your baby?

I'm not a handsome dude but I always have girls that just want me to be a sperm donor for them, no strings attached BUT do any of you know if this can happen legally or not?

One girl even wants to PAY ME for it!!!

I need to call my attorney I guess.

I remember vaguley hearing about a story, I think from the USA, where a sperm donor ended up getting sued for child support.

Yes, he donated to two lesbians. They sued him for child support and won.

I wonder though if they had a contract, or if such a contract could be written and would hold up in court.

BOSS1 10-13-2007 09:38 PM

Had some similar propositions, turned them down after thinking about it.

1) Consider this first... do you wnat to have a child from this woman?
2) Is she capable of raising a kid properly
3) Would you want your kid to grow up without a real father?

It is your sperm but think about it first.

I see it no different than donating to a sperm bank. All these women are good women, have good jobs and will be wonderful mothers.

I honestly don't have a moral issue with it. My sperm agrees.

Mr.Right - Banned For Life 10-13-2007 09:44 PM

I had a lesbian ask me this months ago

I declined her offer as tempting as it was as she was going to let me fuck her lol.

DaddyHalbucks 10-13-2007 09:44 PM

I am not a lawyer, but I can tell you --at least in the USA --some things can't be enforced even if there is a contract. If a minor contracts with you to do something, and he reneges, you are out of luck. You can't sue a hitman because he didn't fulfill his promise to kill your wife. I believe it is known as a "null contract."

Yes, definitely consult with a lawyer!

Thats minors, they are not eligible to form contracts. And the section on contracts in the lawbooks states something to the point "that the contract can not have anything to with illegal activity". .... not good legal analogies but a nice try.

There might be precedence for this , ie something like a prenuptual agreement. Best advice is to contact a lawyer in the state/country you are planning to do this in because as you know laws and their implications differ.

blow in bath and share it, or just cum in a test-tube. If they reach for it, then so be it. Watch the lezo's though, they have a tendancy to complain about changing shitty nappies.

wyldworx 10-13-2007 10:35 PM

Your sperm has never wronged you before so maybe you should listen to it. :winkwink:

Yeah that case was a little different. It wasn't just some random dude from a sperm bank. He was a long time friend and helped them raise the kids. The lesbian couple split apart and the one that got the kids sued both of them for child support if I remember correct.

I guess it would depend on where you and the recipient live.

Speaking for the State of California . . . not here.

A contract has to be legal and binding to be upheld in court.

Just because we reach an agreement and sign it does not make it legal or binding.

VeriSexy 10-14-2007 08:53 AM

Don't think I would take the risk

Sorry you didn't like my examples.

A more analogous one many be slavery. A contract for slavery is invalid.

Similarly, a contract signing away a minor's right to receive parental support may be invalid.

Again, consult a lawyer.

Pleasurepays 10-14-2007 10:40 AM

i don't think that is possible in any state in the US. ... besides, a contract isn't going to automatically make you immune to civil action by the parent or from the child in the future. whats the point of having an angreement if you might be drug into court to defend yourself from some goofy cunt or her kid? is that worth 20-30-40-50K

why create a potentially large legal and financial liability? or 2... or 3?

Not likely

D 10-14-2007 11:11 AM

Yeah... I'm thinking provided that it's your DNA, some court - somewhere - might always overrule any contract. The view of the courts is to generally put the needs of the kid first... and fuck-all to any arrangements previously made.

Vitasoy 10-14-2007 11:15 AM

Some where down the line.. you will be responsible.
