Legal forms for rentals?
 

Do you know where I can get a good legal form to lease a property? I'm sure there are a million online , just need a good template. Any ideas?

You talking a rental lease agreement? I'm sure you can use something to start, but you will more then likely want to add in your own things etc. I'd assume it would be worth the couple hundred to have your real estate lawyer draw something up. I'm sure he has something to go already that can be used with a few changes.
