Cutting back on Free Porn
 

after so many years in the biz.. i say we are giving far to much free porn on the net. and its all the Pay sites fault :)

was setting up some TGPs and noticed how much free porn their is out their.. we got to be nuz.. no kidding conversions are crap .. the only people who buy are total newbies and freaks that are interested in the weirdest niches

12000+ Galleries from a single sponsor is a bit too much.. i would say.. their shouldn't be more then 20 Galleries at a time from any Pay site.. and no more then 400 Pictures or Video Clips.

we got to reduce the amount of hardcore and long videos for free..

if you charge a $1 .. you can give as much as you want .. but you got to tech the surfers that porn costs money.. and they GOT to pay.. or else they will get nothing.. but a bit of used recycled content.


hay.. if this is not done soon.. most of the small guys will go bankrupt and whoever is left will do that anyway :)

Many people think its free. the only people who pay are new internet users who arnt savvy yet..
I agree something needs to change but how can it be done..

TGP's have been around for some 10 years giving away tons of free porn, and only now you noticed it? Sure they are way less dependent on submitters now, but they're still giving away the same amount of free porn they were giving years ago.

But that free porn you speak of is only samples, which is nothing compared to the full dvds and site rips easily available on torrent sites and p2p networks.

Someone give me 500k and I will show you guys how to make it less enjoyable for a surfer to watch free porn over member's area porn


It's an idea I'd like to sell to someone who has the money and time available to develop the system I have in mind, I just don't know anyone who has the vision to see porn of the future like I do

i been around for 9 years now.. so i know what they used to give and what they give now.

back then altavista was big and their was no 42,900,000 pages offering free porn as today is offered on google


1. submitters can't submit without the Pay sites giving them permission to do so.. or they face Copyright infringement charges and loss of sponsor cash .. which is their motive in the first place

2. if .. we do reduce the free stuff on TGPs and remove or lower the Hardcore content level .. we can chase and prevent the Torrent sites from showing or giving away so much free porn.


from what i know , the only people with the gots to run torrent sites this days are the same people who run porn sites.

if they don't participate .. their are many ways to deal with torrent sites

Well if you're running a TGP an expect to make a lot of money you better rethink your game plan. There is a lot of free porn but there are also numerous more ways to promote for the upsell. Adapt or die :)

i been running TGPs for years..

but .. i also remember the difference between today and the old days.. and i can see how things are not going for the better..

right now its dating, live sex and some toys..
thats pennies compare to the old days.. of pay sites,live sex, dialers .. AVSs .. Penis Enlargement guides and tools.

so what changed.. we are giving all the paysite content for free.. its not even difficult anymore.. its not text based tgps that.. the user faces 10 crappy galleries for one good.. its huge Thumbnail TGPs that give tons and tons of content
