Works ok here in Ontario Canada

FTP still down on 1 account

Down for me (Quebec).

It's down for me in Pennsylvania.

Another virtual account down...

The live support doesn't work too...
The support ticket is very very very slow :(

It is still very slow for me. Most of the time my sites just time out before they load.

My server is up. Seems a lil slow though...

Same thing here, started with problem connecting to database server, then the ftp went down, and now my site :(

Must be just a virtual server out, because webair.com comes up for me as well as some other sites that I know are hosted there.

To many accounts of mine are affected to be one box.

It'd be nice if they could put something on their front page saying what the problem might be, or at least acknowledging a problem. An estimate as to how long this is going to be going on perhaps. This is really bad timing for me as well today.

We had an issue with a virtual cluster and some virtual plans were effected. This has been fixed.

so why do they offer virtual plans ?
