Suicide Girls suing Lithium Picnic

Anybody else been following this...

A few friends and acquaintances close to me have been involved and have similar troubles... what's your take on the ordeal...

SG is now making the preposterous claims that they taught him photography and web design and they are going after the profits of my site. His SG contract very specifically defined single girl sites like mine as an exception to the competition rules but now SG claims my single girl site is a competitor to their empire of over one thousand girls, books, DVDs, radio shows, merchandise, a magazine and television syndication. Entering into litigation over this is costly and takes a lot of time, thousands of dollars a month. SG knows they can outspend him 100 times over and this is likely more about breaking him and locking him into a permanent non-compete than any truth about their claims.

If you have recently sent in a model application or contacted him about a shoot please be patient it's unlikely he will be shooting or working on new projects for the next several months.

Meh... they pulled the same thing on me when I made a freesite, all links directed straight to their paysite, and yet they stated, I was inappropriately using their content and competing with their paysite.

I'm sure theres alot more to the story that shes telling, and probably pissed because she used to be a SG but went out on her own, and might be miserably failing.

I know i'll never promote her stuff ever again after the way as an affiliate I was treated by her and Lithium. They have no social skills at all, just a snob.

Thank god lawyers won't go broke too often.

Suicide Girls are known for trying to fuck people over with lawsuits.

From what I gather, Suicide Girls words their model releases in such a way that they pretty much end up owning the models for the rest of their lives. It is very hard to impossible to follow all the terms and do anything except pose more for SC.

They use lawsuits to hit people over the head. Class act all the way. :(

If someone was able to fuck my business over with bullshit law suits, well let's just say that's when accidents happen.
