Bighip alternatives for member mailings?

I've had one hell of a time getting ahold of the people at BigHip. Noone returns calls or emails.

I am looking for a whitelisted solution to send out our member and ex-member email newsletters. Are there any alternatives?

Huh, Bill and Spiro have always been around when I have needed them. They get back to me within 24 hours.

Would you mind sending this thread to one of them? I spoke with Fabien the other day and was told someone would contact me the following day. Nothing since. Now I can't get him either:-(
