EPassporte Gateway Problem Has Affected LionDollars Webmaster EPassporte Payments

The LionDollars team just sent this email to all Epassporte webmasters letting them know their payments were secure irrespective of the current Epassporte system problems.

Hi Guys,

As you probably know, Epassporte is experiencing a gateway problem which has denied access to many and also shown ZERO balances for many of those that can get access to their system:

This is a common problem for everyone right now and has been widely reported already:
fucking-around-and-business-discussion/699497-epassporte.html

We are unfortunately unable to process Epassporte webmaster payments until it is resolved ? we will of course keep you updated.

As an additional issue exacerbating this issue, we have two outstanding wires waiting to be credited by Epassporte and we are not sure whether with these problems they will have been added to our account. If they have not, we will only be able to pay ½ of the webmaster Epassporte payments when the system is back up, and further payments will then have to wait until all of their issues are resolved in respect to the current wires outstanding OR we send additional wires in cover those amounts. EITHER way this process would only take a couple of additional working days we are expecting, and Epassporte are aware of the entire problem, and our specific problem, so everything is in hand as part of the repairs being undertaken.

Please rest assured we have 100% of your money in hand and will be paying Epassporte webmasters as soon as the system is right again and they accept our wires ? even if this is over the weekend. There is NO risk of ANY webmaster losing ANY money, NO MATTER what happens.

Wire and check payments have gone as normal.

Apologies for any inconvenience, we work hard to make sure our webmasters are happy.

Cheers

Lindsay

We got one to land and paid most, but still have a few to pay and to top up ...

We have the money, just a bitch for all concerned that we are having troubles paying it !!

I've got $400 hanging in never never land between my epass account and my bank account. I pulled it all out just in case epass pulled an ibill and it still hasn't hit my account, 24 days later. :disgust  :disgust  :disgust

i guess no news still:(

CuriousToyBoy 02-03-2007 03:16 PM

We have been trying to get some contact and have them explain with no joy.

The missing wire came back (some 6 days later !!!), but we are still having no joy having them accept wires.

Anyone else having THAT particular problem ?

:-(

Same problem here, although only 12 days so far. And I don't imagine that if I had the patience for the endless wait they have on the 'phones right now, anyone would/could tell me anything useful.

One might reasonably have expected that if they knew they had problems processing transfers they could at least have warned of them, or better still, suspend the facility until it was working properly. Zapping money away into limbo isn't exactly confidence inspiring.

They and/or their gateway and/or their bank is rejecting perfectly good wires from a MAJOR internationally recognized bank.

Go figure.

:Oh crap

i am wondering if this has more to do w/ gateways being unable (or unwilling to take part in fund transfers to a known gambling facilitator, especially if those wires are coming in from the states..?

As far as I recall this concern was never specifically addressed other than a "we will be around forever" general type response, even after it was repeatedly raised in the fake "epass CEO arrested" thread.

Ya gotta love the "say nothing and keep saying it" attitude for boosting confidence in them...although I would do the same as if there was even a hint of a possible epass crash (from an official source) you know there would be a Klondike style rush to withdraw funds.
