I'm sorry to say that i end up eating cereal at midnight a few times a week ... I'm sure it's not helping the weight

haha did that too last week - had like a gallon of milk left. Quakers Cruesli so not too bad no chocopops.

Have carbs early in the day for fuel. Have protein late for muscles. Stay away from fats (except for the unsaturated ones) as much as possible.

I like peanut butter and milk at night.

if you want some super vivid dreams, this always works for me, eat neon orange buffalo wings from pizza hut. Eat like 10-15 of them then go to bed about an hour later.

Take Ritz crackers, put crunchy peanut butter on them, then a large marshmallow and put them in the toaster oven until the marshmallow gets toasted.

There's a similar Japanese dish called yakitori, not sure on spelling.

My favorite late night snack is a jalapeno and pepperjack cheese on toast (No, not a fucking grilled cheese sandwich either) and a couple of wontons.

They are very easy to make, you just buy some cream cheese and wonton wraps from Walmart stores or the asian market. Put the cream cheese inside the wonton and seal it using either water or an egg-paste. Then fry them up! You can make the wontons even better by filling them with other goodies such as crab meat (Crab Ragoons are basically crab-filled wontons). I love wontons or crab ragoons with sweet and sour sauce the best, gives it just the right taste for me.
