It should be interesting to see how the court applies the recent ruling by the Supreme Court re p2p networks' 'facilitation' of copyright infringment.

Well when you signup they ask you if you are gonna do copyright infrigement. It clearly state that you cannot and that the software was not meant for that

Kazaa just lost a judgement. We will see.
