chupachups 08-02-2006 06:46 AM

There is a swedish saying:

"The rich can, and the poor tries"

(bah)

My favourite though is:

"A big dick means little comfort in a poor family"

Gnat69 08-02-2006 06:46 AM

I dislike:

"Pretty Much"
"More or Less"

JizzMaker 08-02-2006 06:49 AM

Especially, I'm starting to hate... "go fuck yourself" - it's just everywhere I look !

LexiLexxx 08-02-2006 07:11 AM

My Mom, always said....I will knock your teeth down your throat, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Half the time, we were like bring it on! We were sometimes bad.

BlueDesignStudios 08-02-2006 07:15 AM

how long is a piece of string

I know this is meant to be an open ended question, but who fucking measures string anyway. You'd just google it if you really wanted to find the answer.

Shortbread 08-02-2006 09:06 AM

I hate, "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" which is now being applied to every city it seems.

sherie 08-02-2006 09:45 AM

I dislike

"rule of thumb" And for those that know the meaning of it can see why.

devilspost 08-02-2006 10:52 AM

"what's his face", "what's her face", "what's their face".

Rinaldo 08-02-2006 11:06 AM

Skill Set.

BloodFart 08-02-2006 11:22 AM

"chip on your shoulder" my mother used to say that too me constantly. I still dont fucking even know what it means.

Mr. Blue 08-02-2006 11:23 AM

"oh snap"

Agent 488 08-02-2006 11:26 AM

thats the way the cookie crumbles

what the fuck is that supposed to mean?

always hated that saying.

CDSmith 08-02-2006 11:30 AM

I always hated the word "criteria"

I love the word "wiggerspeak" but roll my eyes in contempt at the concept.

I wish a series of full-swing bitchslaps on anyone saying or posting "hella" or "peace out"

Most boardroom buzzwords strike me as cliche and retarded, actually.

SweetT 08-02-2006 09:55 PM

"You just want to have your cake and eat it too"

Well......ok, you got me. What the fuck is good about having my cake if I can't eat the fucker?

aico 08-02-2006 10:39 PM

My least favorite expression would have to be "They say..."

BIGTYMER 08-02-2006 11:04 PM

"You are what you eat"

Well no shit!! And I eat a lot of crap...

notabook 08-02-2006 11:09 PM

I *love* that to skin a cat expression... there are so many ways to skin a cat you wouldn't believe lmao, I'm up to 247. There is a guy over in China who is up to 1,393... he's killed so many cats for humanity's sake, I idolize that guy. I'm catching up but nowhere close to him :(

The phrase I hate more than anything... hmmm... I would say "Speak of the Devil". I mean god damn it. I mean shit, you weren?t talking about the devil? you mother fuckers, you just go ?speak of the devil? when somebody you know comes up for no apparent reason.

?Hey Martha, Bob lost his penis in a freak accident so be kind on him OK??
Bob walks into the room.
?Speak of the devil.?

I mean WHAT THE HOLY FUCK????

studiocritic 08-02-2006 11:35 PM

"don't look a gift horse in the mouth" ??????? :error

Neat. I wonder just how this old expression came about: "Tacos taste better after being shoved inside a Spics pussy"

reynold 08-03-2006 12:09 AM

"Where's my coffee?!"

There's that famous line I hated hearing from my dad back in my teenage years. :)

And just like everything else religious people believed, it soon became a joke.

CDSmith 08-03-2006 07:03 AM

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"

What are these "ounces" and "pounds" they speak of??

It should be "A CC of prevention is worth a litre of cure"
