God damn those Mavs....they are a helluva lot better team than they showed during these playoffs.

For most of the series Dirk should have changed his name to Dirk NO"SHO"Witski.

This is a team that avg only 4 turnovers a game and fucking Steve Nash alone had 7 before the first half was over tonight...and that's pretty much been the way the series played out.

Hell I didn't even watch the final 9 minutes of tonights game.

And what pisses me off is Sacramento wasn't playing that much better...they had some key players show up during some tough times...Bibby was fucking hot through most of the series and Bobby Jackson turned it on Saturday and carried it on through tonight...and fuckin' Christie just ate us up.

I honestly don't think I can wait a whole other year to see if they make it to the playoffs again.

I didn't expect them to take it all the way...but I did expect some growth...to atleast force Sacramento to win it in 7...not just rollover and give up 2 at home.

Well I've got my Rangers to focus on now...Gonzales and Pudge are supposed to come off the DL

Plus we just had a new park built for a semi-pro league here in Fort Worth...they hired a bunch of my old favorite Rangers...just may start to go hang out there and shoot the shit with some old timers :)

Yeah no shit...they had some damn decent defense going into the playoffs...if these guys had just played like they were before the playoffs and through the series with Minnesota I think we would be looking at a different outcome.

But Nelson has to change this "shoot the lights out" strategy.

Too many times even Saturday the Mavs had a lead of 10+ and end up letting their opponent catch up...we not only need a defense but a good half court game so we can burn up some of that time on the clock.

Oh man I watched all 4 games with my father...man I thought the old man was going to kick the shit out of the t.v....LOL

Even though I dont follow them, I always love to hear whats going on, Always Watching,...and listening ;) Might come in handy in a bet someday if I pay attention to your gamblers and game fanatics hehehe

The Mav's will get better. Dirk need?s to learn to play defense in the off-season. I thought he was a Matador, the way he play defense. It doesn?t matter if he scores 30 points, cause the guy he?s guarding score just as many. Plus he started to be a crybaby about being fouled. The Mav?s don?t have a defense of stopper yet. But, like I said they are a young team and need some time to play together.

The Mavs have a soft interier denfense, plus they live and die by the jumpshot. They basically shot themselves in the foot. During the playoff, you can't win a series w/ shooters. You need some inside, outside presence. Mark Cuban need to find himself a tough interier big man that can play D and score a few points.

Even if Sean Bradly sucks on offense, I would have placed him inside more, simply for blocking shots. It's not a big loss if he fouls out.
