being a european transplanted to Canada and in close contact with the US, a lot of this rings true..........

Not saying it is always that way but as a whole this situation is not that unfamiliar having friends with top notch education be very "ignorant" of the world afffairs..........

:1orglaugh Prime Minsister Poutine !!! LMAO now that is funny.

I was extremely insulted when I heard about the booing of the Canadian Anthem.... not only in the Toronto Raptors vs Detroit Pictons game, but the Leafs vs the Islanders, Montreal etc....but I also think you can't judge a few rowdy and obvious LOW class fans to the whole US.
I don't think we need an article to show the ignorance of some people, just Jay Leno and his JAYWALKS through some great American schools.

That shit cracks me up!.... Wow, you gotta wonder somtimes what is being taught in grade school to acheive that level of stupidity. How does Jay do it?:1orglaugh

In the article it says:

"Americans think aggrieved Canadians are being a little over-sensitive"

My guess is the aggrieved/over-sensitive Canadians are just frustrated that most adult webmasters don't accept Canadian checks! It's like there walking into a strip club with a roll of hundreds to burn, but we won't take there money... That's CRAZY! Stop the discrimination, accept Canadian checks! They like porn too.:)

Love,
Roxxy

Funny that the article forgets to mention the Vancouver fans who booed the US anthem during the Detroit - Vancouver NHL playoff game - stupidity is not just an American thing - it's laways a few lunatics that spoil things for everyone. I remember seeing the local Buffalo news (I live in Toronto) regarding the accidental death of the Canadian soldiers, they reacted as if they had lost four of their own - truly sympathetic and well wishing.

There are many things that Americans take for granted - thats to be expected when you are the big dog , but Canadians should get over it and learn to relax and remember that we are the best - we just dont have to let everyone know it.
