Who here is using CARMA and has problems creating sharp thumbs when importing video?

What version of mplayer are you using and what format is your video encoded in? My thumbs look like shit, pixelated beyond anything usable.

Specifically .wmv files is what I need info for, what are you using as an encoding template? WMV V9? WMV10? WMV4?

bump for help.... wish i can help but my staff does all the encoding for all our clients who license content from us...we include encoding with license...but if you still need help...hit me up on icq during normal business hours and i can ask one of our encoding staff...
