Airbrush works wonders!
 

i'm was playing around with photoshop with the airbrush and some other tools and this shit works wonders! i found this pic of this chick and decided she needed some fix'n, i should do this for a living!

Yep that looks better, you can also use the stamp tool, which is
even a lot easier then the airbrush....try it :thumbsup
