Well a easy thing to do, is redirect his traffic to HIS hosts main page. They will see the traffic and trace it back and .....well that could do it. Or src him back if you have the traffic and shut him down??.....

Winter isn't the one putting the pic up for all to see, it's being publicized by the other guy. It's perfectly legal as I see it.
