Jesus, seems like most every girl I talk to these days gets wet and horny when the subject of tats comes up. Bad and good girls, all education levels, all personalities.

Are there any women out there who arn't into seeing tats on their man or should I just give in and get some?

I hate them actually. I don't think i have ever seen one that I really like but it does seem like most girls like them, even if it is only 1 or 2

Those that can be washed off are fun to use for parties or so, but imagine what the permanent tat would look like when you are lets say 70 y/o : (70 y/o butterfly pussy 1orglaugh)
Overall I don´t like tats. They don´t turn me on at all.

Tats are one of those I don't really care things.

If a sexy guy has a few tats, that's cool with me.
If a sexy guy has no tats, thats cool with me too.

it's all about the person as a whole Tats do not make him sexy, HE makes himself sexy.

I've dated guys without tats and guys with tats, I have no specific preference.

Fat guys and tats dont mix.

I am actually not particularly turned on by tats. I mean one is ok depending on where it is, but it does nothing for me.

I have no problem with tatoos, so long as they aren't on me :)
But really, its all personal preference and i have dated with and without. Like someone in this thread previously said, tats do not make a person. That is just silly.
I kidna dig those without, as they are the exception to the rule- these days. I like the more exotic thangs, ya know ; )

It should be compulsory for anyone who wants a tat to do a tour of the jails, waterside pubs, etc., to see what happens to tats as you get older....a black blurry mess.

Brings to mind the local tattoo specialist who always prided himself on his great arm tats. 10 years on, he walks around (I live in the tropics mind you) all day with long sleeves. Why, they are a blurred mess and he is the tatto specialist!!!!!

Tattoos were always the domain of prostitutes, waterside workers, bikers and the stupid guy who wanted to pretend he is tough. So what is happening here...some stupid international model or actor wears a stick-on tattoo and everyone thinks it's cool...Crap.

Me. I'd rather have a clean guy. I fought my ex on it long and hard, but couldn't stop him from getting ink done.

I'm commitment phobic when it comes to artwork on my skin. Hell, I get tired with artwork in my home. I need to change it every 8 months. I can only imagine how I would feel with some on my skin that I couldnt' take off at will! Ack!

My wife does not like them. She says the fake ones are ok, on the right person with the right body type.

if you want to see what the real world thinks about "tats" and whether it makes women wet, go to madison avenue, the world of fashion. science, medicine, culture, high finance, etc etc.

tats play well in the trailer park and truck stop, and right or wrong they "brand" the people that wear them as having lower breeding.

I am not a fan of tatoos infact they turn me off , especially
the old faded ones that need touch up . Or realllllly cheesey ones
like an asian character , barb wire , rose , skull , cross , devil ,
oh the list goes on of cheesy tatoos i have seen .

Speaking from personal experience, I've been picked up in bars by girls ONLY cuz they liked my tatoo and came over to start talking to me about it.

I've definately met WAY more girls who like tats than who don't.

However the majority like them when they are more original, uncommon, or have a specific meaning. IE - not the tribal armband on their bicep type.

I've never met a girl that prefers a guy just because he has tats. I have a brother that has tattoos on his arm and chest. I have none, and would never get one. It's not like you have to earn them, anybody can get a tat. I do have some suprisingly well placed scars on my head and neck that some chicks seem to dig. Those were earned, albeit unwillingly.

I think tats are waaaay more popular now than they have ever been in the past. They definitely are way more "in" now than when I was younger.

I have noticed that they are a lot more popular in some areas than others too. For example I've seen A LOT more people with tats in LA than in the San Fran Bay Area. Not saying people don't have them here in SF, but in LA it seems like everyone has them and they are like waaaay more "in"....especially full sleeves.

I actually like tats and wish I had the guts to get some....but I know how compulsive I am and KNOW that I'll get bored of whatever I get. So getting something permanant like that when I know I'll eventually not like it doesn't interest me. Now if tattoo removal gets super cheap and easy I may change my mind, lol.

I think it's pretty much a given than young women love tats. Women will always dig the "bad boy" look.

Especially with my first one, because 7 years back tatoos were not as common and widespread as they were now, and it being on my forearm it was pretty easily noticeable since I normally wore short sleeves.

Having a pierced lip back then also did wonders for picking up as it wasn't common either. I've literally had a girl in a bar come up to me and say "I've never kissed a guy with a lip ring, can I try?" more than once :pimp

While I would never rule out somebody I otherwised liked they do exactly nothing for me.

Odd though when I think about it because I am sure about half the men I have been with have had one.

belinda- you should see my bf's tats, full color and lots of pretty things such as coy fish, roses, water, goddess of mercy, flames and the color that just enhances everything. i hate the cheap looking tats, you know the kind that look you got inked in jail those are nasty and a turn off.

If you're going to get tattoos to get liad ... don't . Pay a whore or start working out, this will work better (no offence... I got too much fat too, and had even more at one point).
