Just because producers and directors worked for their old crew doesn't mean they will work for the new owner. Plus I'm sure they don't have any ongoing ontracts for distrobution, so that distro list is not that impressive.

Seems like a good deal for $100k - you can put that camera package together for $10k. They have 12,000 to copies of DVDs ($9600 $10800 duplication cost) on titles that they produced in 2005. Because this was just put together this year. 12K DVDs not titles HOW MANY TITLEs?
Alot of distributors won't touch new product unless you can prove you have a full line coming out. I bet if this sells this guy will just throw another package together and do it again. 25K maybe not 100K even then I'd need more info
