They hack the lot - the CCbill types too.

It looks like they can get round hacking by doing it - gathering evidence to warrant - then forcing a full legal request and cease operations.

Please tell me how these hackers are in any better legal or moral position than the alleged "shavers?"

How often do the hackers find wrongdoing? 10%? 20%? What percentage of the sponsors actually shave? How about the other 80-90% who are honest? "Oops, sorry we broke into your computers, we can now see you are OK, so let us go back quietly into the night?"

If sponsors really are shaving, threads like this might only tip them off so they can destroy records.

which ever sponsors I make the most with the traffic I send matters most to me, if they shave or not as long as they send me more cash in the end they win my traffic.. if a sponsor can convert traffic 1:5 and they sent you a sale every 1:30 would you really give a shit, you telling me you wont promote them cause they shave, but yet better than everyone else?

Evidence of a possible crime (shaving) produced from illegal means (hacking) wouldn?t be admissible in court. It?s going to be a fun day in court with the defense lawyers asks how you received the information.

Even if they did end up in court, big programs have so much money and can force it to drag out for years and years. This sounds like one group taking a program to court, so I think it would go into discoveries, and a porn company doing discoveries on something like this would take years alone..

For any thick ones in here thinking they submit hacked evidence - they dont - they hack the servers to see if they can prosecute via full disclosure and "denial" or something.
