wanted: php/mysql mastermind for BIG BIG project
 

I need a php/mysql developer to help admin one of the Internet's fastest growing websites. We've climbed Alexa like a speeding rocket and are totally overwhelmed with the growth and need a hard-working, reliable and EXPERIENCED php/mysql mastermind on our team.

Requirements:
-On IM daily (icq/msn/aim)
-Smart and gets things done (no slackers)
-PHP/MYSQL Ninja
-Good understanding of js / css/ xhtml / ajax + web protocols
-Basic to advanced Linux sys admin experience (mysql optimization, mod_ssl, apache, high bandwidth management)
-Strong design and implementation skills are critical (UI/site architecture/conversions)
-Self starter, able to hit key deadlines and able to work off LEGACY code
-Good understanding of social networking, rich media, and web related concepts and comanies in general

If you're so confident about your project why doies it seem equity to be a major part of the payment.
