how much should i charge for the top spots ?
 

as many of you know i sell gallery spots
but i get alot of requests to buy the top spots aswell
the site is 60000 uniqes 250000 raw
traffic is 90% bookmarks and search engine hits
the rest 10% is link trades
i was thinking like 200 bucks per month for spot 1 then 195 for 2 etc
am i way of ?

Supply and demand of course, but there are cheaper around. But hey if you can get it then good luck to ya.

No skim? I think that's a nice price. I'd be willing to pay for that if the traffic is as great as you say it is. :)

i never skim gallery links, dont think thats fair to spot buyers
the trade links are separated from the galls links

Hey Goliat...depends on how much traffic you send to that top spot really.

When I was paying you $1 per submit we were getting around 1000-1500 uniques a day from whatever spot you were giving us.

My rule of thumb as a buyer has always been around $1 per 1K traffic from a text TGP....more for a thumb TGP.
There is some traffic that I'll pay more for, but that's the general rule.

If you send 1million hits to that top spot for $200 I'd say that is a good value. In fact, I would buy it. Hit me up on icq: 18287590

not the same as topspots

Of course, all I'm saying is that it comes down to price per 1K visitors.

If you send 10K a day to your top spot, then I would pay 10x$1 or $10 per day, $300 per month for the top spot.
