Unless you're doing some heavy trading on SatisfiedGirls, I wouldn't suggest purchasing TGP skim, 404, or any other type of forced traffic. You're after a different kind of visitor. What you're going to want to do is contact some medium-high traffic teen blog owners and talk to them about buying some of their traffic.
If you buy forced traffic you're going to be disappointed with the results.
