Need some quick htaccess help!

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^search4dates.net$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.search4dates.net$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?blahblah [R=301,L]

is how its written now....am i missing something? :helpme
