Does Adwords Accept Epassporte CC?
 

My account is currently billed in AUD, I am looking to create a new account that is billed in USD (cheaper minimum click). I don't currently have an epassporte credit card but I am wondering if I order one will I be able to signup to adwords using it? Or to prevent fraud don't they allow such cards?

Also, if the latter is the case, can anyone fill me in on this. It says all funds will be 'billed in USD' "that is, if you select US dollars, payment will be requested and accepted only in U.S. dollars" will this be a problem for my bank in AU if I have to use my existing credit card (Visa)? I'd assume not, but who knows.
