Damn, ok despite the fact that it is "illegal" in many states baring a medical perscription, and always federally illegal unless you are one of the chosen 7 or so. Which should prompt you to highly consider how you have them shipped, method of payment, and where they are to be delivered since it would be "interstate commerce" which is within federal jurisdiction and not per state, even though that is now moot anyways.

Personally I could care less if you use it for bird feed (it does make shiny feathers and mellows squaky birds), grow it yourself or randomly toss seeds where ever you go.

As for those that are so dissapointed or have reduced themselves to name calling, fuck em. Many will gladly trip over selling penis pills and other non working snake oils for profit but shun the thought of using a very mild non gateway drug that actually works.

my buddy orders them all the time, they ship them as computer parts and stuff, never had a problem, don't actually think the seeds are illegal, least not in Canada.

The fact that the hemp plant is outlawed in America just really illustrates how much of a joke our lawmakers are, and if you want to go even further back the power of Christians demonizing something. No, weed has never been proven to be a gateway drug. There's alot of misconceptions about the plant, it's all government/christian propoganda.

IMO, the only reason weed seems to lead into other drugs is because of the source. You get weed usually from someone who also sells coke and various other drugs. It's common for them to offer you free samples of other drugs, hoping that you like what you recieve and buy some.

It's similar to grocery shopping. I go to the grocery store for milk and bread, but I always end up buying at least 1 new product. Why? Because it's from the same source as my usual routine. When someone advertises and pushes a product there's going to be impulse buyers on the spot.

Take weed out of the hands of the drug dealers and you won't have that problem.
