Damn, that sucks. I've had that a few times. The best situation is if you have A or K down (obviously) or one or both come out on board. A good sign someone else is flushing is If he is bumping your huge bets/raises right to the end. If you're holding a small high flush card, watch out. Only an insane person would bluff you unless they had a good face card or A.

i had 89 suited,,he had A4 suited,,,and we both floped flushes and went all in

Some hands like that just play themselves. Not much you can do to get out of it. The only thing you might re-consider is your preflop action, like if you should've been in the hand in the first place based on all the factors.. but once you're in, thats it, you're cooked if you both flop it.

I flopped a full boat first hand of a 100$ SNG the other night, 7's full of aces . 2 A's on the board and the dipshit actually chased me to the river with 107 offsuit for his whole stack and caught 2 running 10's :/

Ya, I wasn't to happy but I'm glad it was an online SNG, had he pulled a shit move like that in a live game I'd probably still be in jail lol .
