the straps were to prevent the life jacket from riding over your head, my clips kept coming undone, and the jacket all of a sudden creeps up over your head :1orglaugh all this while the current carries you and trying to take some pics :Oh crap

No Jace, the pic was taken with Jake and Allie's cam. The underwater housing for mine is about $1150 starting and then you would have to get external lighting to get any decent pics. By the time you are tru, it costs about 2k and then you are stuck with that camera for a while because all the housings are camera specific. Jake offered to cover the costs for all that, and a BIG Thank You to him and Allie for the offer, but I declined. It takes practice to do decent underwater shots and I did not want to dissapoint anyone :pimp
