He's using Choker's Turbo Traffic Trader as well..

What can you do with situations like that when someone does a copy of your site? I don't think there's much? I guess I could contact Choker and ask him to kill the guy's account..

Go to his webhost. Get someone on icq or something, don't use email. If they're a big host they will tell the guy to stop using it. If not, go to the domainregistrar. Those guys are tired of complaints and will email the webhost and if you're lucky he will stop using it hehe.

I don't have backdoors to ttt, so there is nothing I can really do, report him at findtrades and he will be blacklisted there
