Redirect japanese traffic

Does someone know how to redirect japanese traffic? Several japanese sites are linking my galleries, they copy the links from other tgps. That's pretty annoying since they are wasting my bandwidth

Just because they are in Japan doesn't mean they don't speak english too. They are highly educated over there.
