APIC has struck ....
 

This webmaster I know got a email from APIC saying 2 of his galleries url's are infringing. These url's are like a year old back when he started out.

He told me he deleted the urls and sent email back that he had done so...


Is he safe now as he complied to there demands???

yea happened to me too :

is Steve a porn maniac? He must be surfing for porn all day and night!

Just curious as to who is finding these galleries and what method they'd be using to check every single image if they are licensed or not?

Steve and others like him -- I know some of them use a script or a bot that digs for unlicensed content...

in my opinion they started working just like a collection agency , which does nothing but try to scare people.
i wonder if any of these cases ever gonna end up being handled in court.

I heard it's you who does the surfin for Steve then you report the offences to him.
