Ok so what do I need to add into my rules now?

->Provide me with a license saying that you have the fucking permission to use these pics or I will hunt you down and kill you?

How in the hell am I supposed to know whether some jo blow submitting to me owns the pics or not? I know this probably sounds like a stupid question but I am being serious here.

I know alot od people using paid hosting are just as likely to use stolen pics as those using a freehost. So where does this madness stop? Do we now need to make everyone provide a copy of their licenses to get a gallery posted?

And this is all kidding aside, I am very serious here. I see some I think are a bit ify, but how am I to know whether they are or not? I know some are just elementary, but I sure don't wanna go attacking people and beating a license out of them too now. That's too damn much hell.

Don't put your mind in such thoughts. You don't have galleries with unlicensed content and that's all. None can do you anything concerning copyright issues. Absolut was a special situation with 9000 galleries built by him. As I said on AWI probably with 150k photos they didnt leave any photo ever taken unused! Apic doesn't have any real authorities to act against you. I mean they can't take a decision to close your site. Absolut did it by himself and after knowing they were right.

additionally you can act in good faith by placing a text message on your submit form telling that submitters take responsibility for using licensed content on their sites. That's all.

I know I sound a bit paranoid, but I really am not in the mood to deal with the whole copyright thing right now. I know all MY shit is legal and such, but obviously, I can't say EVERYONE follows the same rules. lol
