Cooking time less than 10 mins



Ingredients
30g/1oz butter
110g/4oz oracle porn liver, chopped
55ml/2fl oz double cream
30ml/1fl oz brandy
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper



Method
1. Melt the butter in a small frying pan.
2. Add the liver and sauté for two minutes.
3. Add the cream and brandy and heat for a further two minutes.
4. Remove pan from heat.
5. Season and add the chives, before transferring to a plate for serving.

That's right. We'll be enjoying his liver with fava beans and a nice chiati. :thumbsup
