My mom is dieing of cancer. Do you have any advice?

This is not a scam.

My mom is dieing of cancer. I?m running out of money to pay for every thing.

I just need an advice!

If you want to make some bad joke, I?ll not respond.
At this point you fuck around with the GOD!

get a lawyer and make sure you have any Wills, Trusts, Power Of Attorneys, bank accounts, estates, etc. all in order.

sorry if that sounds cold, but you will thank me later.

dropped9 05-18-2004 07:42 PM

Here is some advice... Dont bet on a 3 legged horse in an ass kicking contest.

She is in Ukraine.
So, it's not like that...

Thanks for your support!

My mum was diognosed with Cancer November last year, she's had most of it cut out and is now going through Chemo and Radio Therapy and they give her up to 5 years to live...

I know it's a hard time, just be strong and enjoy your time together...

abyss_al 05-18-2004 07:47 PM

spend as much time together as possible, make her last moments memorable and happy.

Nbritte 05-18-2004 07:49 PM

A living will is also something to think on. My dad died of cancer on Nov. 30 of last year and it is a lot eaiser to decide what to do or not to do if you know what your Mother wants. There isnt really anything that you can do for her or yourself to be prepared if she dies. Sometime when death is close people seem to get better for a day or two if that happens make the best you can of the time because it usually doesnt last long. Other then that the best I can offer is my best wishes to you and your mother.

explain how she doesnt know?? no doctor in their right mind would tell the family and not her.

this is sounding like BS to me.

Your saying that somehow a doctor rather than tell his patient she has cancer would call long distance from the Ukraine to New York just to tell you, then keep it confidential??

Its the other way around.. the patient can tell the doctor not to tell the family.. thats called.. Patient Confidentiality" !!!

That's what I was wondering...

Go to this website...

http://www.herbalhealer.com

I have never gone to the website, but I have this book that has many herbal remedies.
I use some of the products and I'm very happy with them.

Look for ESSIAC...it's called nature's cure for cancer...It is a 4-herb tea. There are many testimonials of people who have just used these herbs alone, and also one's that have used these an kemo. Hopefully this is helpful. It appears very promising.

Good Luck!:)

That comment will come back to bite you in the ass. I guarantee you will remember typing that when the time comes whether this thread turns out to be true or not.

Mr. Marks 05-18-2004 08:34 PM

That's weird. She has to be the first one to know about her condition, after all, it's her life. Anyways, just try to make her happy all the time. Let her know that everything will work out fine and that you two can get through it together.

cohiba 05-18-2004 08:35 PM

I'm sick of this stupidity! Earth is over 4 billion years old. We as people only take up 70 YEARS. The world is populated by more than 6 billion people, and in 20 years it'll be 10 billion! Your mom is great to you, but when she's gone and you're gone no one will remember her, she is just dead weight using up our natural resources. Just let her die

Jamdin 05-18-2004 08:41 PM

Sorry to hear about your mother's sad news. I will send her and your family postive energy to face the coming trouble :(

boyw_utr 05-18-2004 09:15 PM

Everybody dies on a moment in life.....
See the positve side off this...
You are faced with the knowledge your mom
is going to die on a short term....

Tell her everything you wanted to tell her...
Talk about important stuff...
Enjoy everyday it last ....

My dad is having cancer for 2 years now and we are
aproaching the final stage.....
I'm blessed with the awareness of talking about
important stuff in life....

aimeesweet 05-18-2004 09:20 PM

hey people,

lets not forget this guy has been a member for 3 days, spent his first posts spamming his program repeatedly over and over again.

i believe his first 2 thread titles were "i made 6 sales in my first day promoting this" and "i made 160$ in my second day promoting this" - and of course this was his own program!

and this story doesn't match up -- hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I found out about 2 months ago that my mom had cancer.
She had the surgery though and apparently is wasnt as bad as they thought. Shes fine now. No radiation therapy or anything.
So far so good....
I wish your mom the best of luck! It CAN be beat!

pimplink 05-18-2004 10:39 PM

You should be at her side. Spend as much time with her as you can.

do you know what kind of cancer she has?

KRL 05-18-2004 11:11 PM

Tell her how much you love her and appreciate all she did for you. Make each day special.

Never give up hope. Miracles do happen.

I don't know what the circumstances are, but my mother was an RN when she was younger and she dealt with many patients who were told by the doctors they were going to die and through whatever way they didn't.

If you believe in the power of natural medicines instead of all the chemo stuff which in my opinion often can cure you of cancer but kill you in the process, try instead hyper intensive treatments using natural substances that contain extremely powerful anti cancer compouds.

I would literally flood her body 24 x 7 with Green Tea. Green Tea's Catechins neutralize free radical before they have a chance to interact with the body's DNA.

Green Tea also has the ability to block the formation of carcinogenic nitrosamines and their transformations.

Green Tea's powerful polyphenols and EGCG decrease the mutagenicity of carcinogens and mutagens.

An enzyme called ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) is the rate limiting enzyme in cancer growth. Cells need ODC to initiate cell division. Without ODC cancerous cells can not continue to proliferate and the body's normal cells can not be transformed into cancerous cells. The higher the concentration of Green Tea's polyphenols the greater the inhibition of ODC in the body thus limiting the further spread of cancerous cells.

Polyphenols in Green Tea will also boost the patients immune system immensely. So if she is on chemo, the Green Tea will increase her white blood count which normally gets diminished by this treatment.

There are a number of other natural substances that offer the potential to aid in the treatment of cancer, but from my research Green Tea is at the top of the list.

I'd also put her on every vitamin known to provide anti-oxident capabilities.

oh you can guarantee it can you? it must be awesome being able to control the universe... but on a serious note.. with the same logic that you can make that "guarantee", i can deduce that he made some bad decisions in life.

Tell her the things she wanted to hear from you. If you have time, go home to her, never leave her side.

Go see a doctor. Youre fucked in the head.

pure energy 05-19-2004 02:36 AM

When are you going to visit her?

WarChild 05-19-2004 02:46 AM

Imagine you're sitting in a bar, with all of your friends. Let's just say, you're all stock traders.

Now say this bar is kind of "the" hangout for people that trade stock. It's a pretty open place, new people come and go. In fact, lots of people don't trade stock at all. Many of them just hang around and like to think they're involved, or they're bored.

So anyway, one day .. A new "Trader" bursts through the door. This new "Trader" is just like the crowd of strangers that come through daily, except on one point. The new "Trader" won't shut the fuck up, no matter who asks him to. On and on he goes about how good his stock trades are. How much money he's making, etc etc.

Nobody in the bar is impressed by this. In fact, the new "Trader" isn't making any new friends at all. In desperation the "Trader" calls out to the crowd "MY MOM HAS CANCER".

If I was hanging out in that bar, I'd tell the new Trader to fuck off.

And here on GFY, I'm telling you the same :321GFY
