Need a registrar with stong support!
 

See subject. I could care less what it costs to register a domain with them! I'm looking for the following:

1. A solid admin area that is intuitive and user friendly. I don't want to go through a 15 step process to change a couple name servers or renew a domain.

2. Telephone support where someone actually answers the phone. I'm not looking to be called back 5 days after I leave a voice mail with the customer support #.

If you don't care about price, then register.com is great. The prices are horrible though. I had one domain registered at some registrar in Sweden and they were giving me the runaround on transferring it, so I just called register.com up and they took care of it for me.

A tip for registering domains with them, go through the process of registering a domain up until the last point before you send them your credit card info, then cancel the transaction before you complete it. You'll receive an email from them in a little bit with a discount code you can enter to get a cheaper price.
