Worst Comedian In Your Opinion.
 

I hate so many of them...but no one irritates me more than Rita Rudner.

This woman has been telling the same fucking jokes for about 20 years now and tries to pass it off as fresh.

Colin Quinn - 99% of his material sucks, and if he finds a good joke he always screws up the delivery.

His talk show is funny (because of the other people) but you're right about the delivery. He always sputters out words and fucks everything up. He was terrible on SNL Weekend Update!

Sister's ankle is fractured..but this is an ankle she broke before and has 5 pins in it..so she has to see a specialist Thursday...and my car is totalled ...but it could have been worse.

Does it qualify as stand up if you never stand still?

On another note, I am shocked and awed that Lily Tomlin held no place on Comedy Central's top 100 stand ups. What's the deal with that?

They were showing a best of tonight and one of the guys made a comment about how they can't wait to see him get an emmy for some mush mouthed rant.

No kidding? Well I'm wondering if they don't consider her a stand up since she did "characters," and did more of a one act show...either way very influential in comedy.

Exactly - I tolerate him on the show to watch the other comedians. I can't believe he keeps getting gigs. He is anti-funny.

His show was kind of amusing at first, but now it's just a bunch of comics trying to out-outrageous one another. And he just doesn't have the panache to guide them.

That show was 90% hosts or friends of comedy central, with a few real good stand ups thrown in.

Unless I totally missed her when reading the list (and yes, I did make a special trip to comedycentral.com to check the list) she wasn't there. I have to agree, they MUST have considered her more of a character actor. I have no idea how much time she spent in stand-up, but I know I've seen at least one show, and it was brilliant. I mean, Letterman was in the top ten, and it's been a long long time since he was considered a stand-up comic.

I'm confused, and saddened. I trust Comedy Central. Why would they betray me? Oh, the pain. The pain.

He's gotten kind of bitter - still funny, but not as funny as his early-middle work.

I will have to agree...he used to be one of the most intelligent comics out there...the guy IMO did a great study of people...he often spoke about how he would sit in malls or other places for hours on end and just take notes.

Now he just sounds like an angry bitter old man.

Quote as a "joke" at a fund-raiser. That's when others are dying for his "weapons of mass distruction". That "comedian" needs a bullet in the head to see how it feels.

98% of all female comedians. I'm not sexist. Its just that the majority of them suck ass.

I think the problem is in most cases the women think they have to come across as aggressive like the men have in order to be a funny comic.

There have been some good women comics...but no one that has really stood out...the ones who did were more character actors

I agree...however there are some decent roles he's played..haven't seen lost in translation yet but Rushmore comes to mind.

John Candy is funny...Planes Trains and Automobils is one of the funnier holiday movies of all times.

Phyliss Diller was pretty funny in her day

There are some...Carol Burnett was one of my favorites...growing up as a kid I made sure to be around every saturday night to watch her show.

the least funny comedian ever has to be rodney dangerfield.

The first sign to me there was no God was Sam Kinnison getting clean, sober and getting killed on the way home from his wedding, and Andrew Dice Clay still walks the earth.

I geuss different people have different tastes. I thought it was the worst movie ever. Filled with cliches and predicatabilities. It was the only movie I ever walked out on in the movietheatre...

I generally don't find female comedians funny either:
Rita Rudner used to be funny, but hasn't done anything new or original in 10 years

The few I do find funny are:
Rosanne Barr (her domestic goddess days)
Sarah Silverman
Wanda Sykes
Margaret Smith (almost reminds me of a female version of Stephen Wright)


I tell you, if Bill Hicks were still alive today, he'd be in the top 10 on Comedy Central's list and would be a HUGE star right now...he'd have the cushy gigs and Joe Rogan would be fetching his fucking coffee

I just don't think Dennis Miller is funny at all. Maybe some of the SNL hahahahahars were funny, but he's not.

I always thought Jerry Sinefeld was overrated (himself). I liked the show mostly because of the writing and the other comics.

Geroge Carlin is bitter only because of the way the world is today. If I lived that long in this shit I would be bitter too. But I still get laid often enough to stay positive. George is still funnier than thousands of other jokes out there, like Quin. Jim Norton is 100 times funnier than Quin, and that other redneck piece of shit Nick DePalo.

I can't think of any good female comedians right now. Margaret Cho absolutely repulses me. I liked Jenine Garafolo (sp?) on her HBO special but that was the last time I saw her being funny.
